Ilan Lampl trained as an elite international gymnast which informed a style of dynamic movement and energy into his films, both in camera and in the edit.
Ilan has benefited previously from working as a DOP and an Editor, and is now focused on Directing. His well planned shots are often paired with spontaneous performances from talent, resulting in authenticity on screen. Finding this balance between preparation and serendipity is where he thrives.
